So many new people coming to Morioka lately! First there was the new ALTs (Assistant Language Teacher), then there were the SICE students (Studies in Cross-cultural Exchange), and then a new exchange student at my school. August/September seems like a gaijin migration time, just like the salmon in the Kitakami river.
Autumn is coming. Something seemed to happen overnight. On one day, I could've sworn the rice fields around my school were green and vibrant, then the next day they were yellow and the rice could be seen plainly. Even the sound when the wind blows through them changed. Now, they patter like rain. Not an unpleasant sound at all.
Well, on to my excuse for not posting deviations until now. Video games. I got two new video games. The first was Viva Pinata. When I played the free demo on xbox live, I just had to get it. The customization of your garden is just plain crazy. The second was Apollo Justice. Kinda disappointed me with how short it was, but other than that, an enjoyable play. So, been busy with those, along with greeting the new Morioka residents. I've still been drawing, just nothing good enough to put on dA.
